After the collapse of the USSR, on the first Sunday of October, Teacher’s Day continues to be celebrated in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Ukraine.

Teacher's Day — is one of the most beloved professional holidays. On this day, teachers accept congratulations from their pupils, who give them flowers and gifts, arrange concerts, paint colorful wall newspapers and traditionally spend Self-Government Day in many schools.

Teacher — is not only a person teaching sciences, but also a carrier of spirituality and moral principles. Teachers carry out a special civic mission — educating the young generation. Their knowledge and experience, the continuity of traditions and innovation underlie each school.

Today I want to wish all teachers good health, peace, prosperity. As well as the relentless search for truth and knowledge, mutual understanding in the team and grateful, inquisitive students!
