World Rhino Day (22/09)

September 22 marks the ecological holiday World Rhino Day (World Rhino Day), designed to draw the attention of mankind to the problem of extinction of such a now rare animal as the rhinoceros.

The biological diversity of species on planet Earth continues to decline, and this also applies to animals, whose names are known to every person since childhood. Among them was the rhinoceros, some species of which at the end of the 20th century were simply under the threat of extinction.

It is no secret that human activity to transform the surrounding world for their own needs sometimes turns into the saddest consequences for other living beings on the planet. In addition to the indirect factors of human activity, which have a detrimental effect on representatives of the fauna, is the fact that individual animals turn out to be objects of poaching.
