There are not many popular groups for communication between candlesticks on the Russian-language Internet, and there are practically no special events for «live» communication. Every lover of this magnificent craft rotates in his personal space, unaware of how many like-minded people he has!

The date April 30 for International Candlemaker Day was not chosen by chance. It is timed to coincide with the holiday of the national calendar, namely the day of Zosima Solovetsky. In the last day of April, hives are taken to apiaries, as well as a walk around bee lands with a lit wax candle and a prayer to Zosima, the patron saint of bees.

Beeswax – is an integral part of fire production for churches and temples, public places, ritual traditional rituals. Therefore, it is on the 30th that it is more important than ever to indicate the contribution of candle craft to the development of many industries. And people dedicated to «wax secrets» can get to know each other, establish contacts, share their developments and speculations.
